   JM system is combined by a stager and a time/volume controller. The stager is a rotary pilot valve with multiple ports through which control fluid is directed, thereby operating diaphragm valves installed in a process system. The stagers are constructed of durable, non-corroding, self-lubricating material, maintenance free life. 

  All valves are high quality hydraulic or pneumatic diaphragm valves which is widely used in the world. 1.5’-6’ valves and diameter 600~3000mm tanks are all compatible to JM system.

  • Stager working principle:

The stager may be manually operated or driven by an electric motor that operated through an adjustable timer or flowmeter program. The stager functions by opening and closing its ports, singly or in combination, in a sequence that fit the need of the system. The “positions” in the sequence correspond to the number of “stager” in the process (See chart 1). The port that are opened allow the pressurized fluid to flow to and operate some diaphragm valves, while venting other valves—allowing them to return to their normal positions.  

The stagers can use either hydraulic or pneumatic control fluid. Continuous electrical power is not required to maintain the positions of the valves such as in a solenoid operated system. Greatly avoid the system breakdown because of power failure.  

All types of complex application can be controlled by stager controller system through correct design and combination of the stagers.

JMB/C volume controller is a new product developed on the basis of advanced CMOS chip technology. It is widely used in filtration system, water soft system, and desalination systems. JMB/C has many functions such as volume display, remain volume display, regeneration program presetting, system working stage display, signal feedback, solenoid signal output.
